*The Periodic package is available to those who have been coached utilizing the Intensive or Consistent package for a minimum of four months or, to those who have been coached prior to engaging the services of Danny Companies, LLC. A readiness for this package will be determined during the initial interview.

** Discovery Period – This 2-hour long period is offered to first-time clients. It is meant to jumpstart the client/coach relationship. This is a time when the client trains the coach about who s/he is, how s/he likes to work, what s/he wishes for in her/his life, and what is to be held as the vision. Also included is a tailored selection of forms which assist with clarifying and expressing the client’s vision.

Non-Packaged Rates

Additional 30-minute sessions = $140.
Single, 2-hour Discovery Period = $560.

Discounts

All 4-month packages are discounted significantly from the hourly fee. In addition, the following discounts apply when the purchase is made in advance:

6-month period = 5% off total package
8-month period = 10% off total package
12-month period = 15% off total package

Group Coaching Workshop packages vary in content, duration and cost.

Participants

Groups of 3 - 8 individuals are coached together. For groups larger than 8 individuals, alternative arrangements can be made.

Private Groups – Individuals who share an interest and the issues encountered.

Companies – Programs may be tailored for leaders, current and developing, in all departments. Programs consist of assessments, monitored progress reporting, group coaching workshops and/or one-on-one coaching.

Modes

Group Coaching Workshops are offered in person or via tele-conference.

Methodologies

Group Coaching Workshops may consist of any combination of the following tools: assessments, focused discussions, one-on-one coaching led by an experienced professional coach, participant-led coaching facilitated by the group leader, teachings, interactive exercises, meditations / visualizations, assignments, strategic planning, special guest experts, and debriefs. Each session is tailored to meet the needs of the participants in the group.

Time

Typically, each session is 1 ½ hours, weekly for 4 – 12 weeks.

Investment

Quotes will be supplied upon the completion of an initial interview process.

Private Groups – Each session is typically one-third the cost of individual coaching and three times as long in duration.

Organizations – The duration of the tailored program varies and hence, so does the bottom line fee.

Get straight to the heart of the issue and create a first step towards realizing your ultimate goal. Laser coaching sessions may be all you need to get the boost you require. Each 15-minute session is dedicated entirely to tapping into the want, designing a goal, and creating a tailored-made powerful assignment toward reaching your goal. Reserve a date and time and show up via telephone utilizing the instructions offered once you receive your receipt. The investment is $40 per session and prepaid. The Coaching Spa is recommended for individuals with a minimum experience of three months with a professional coach.
