CTI Values
Co-Activity
We believe in co-active relationships, partnerships, and community, knowing that our impact will be much greater than if we acted alone. We trust that each individual has inherent value to add, so we listen with deep curiosity and intent to discover and build on each other’s ideas and intentions. We create designed alliances with explicit shared expectations of roles and outcome so we can both support and challenge each other in action.
Accountability
We hold ourselves and each other accountable. We honor our word. We show up with integrity. What we say is what we mean and what we do.
Authenticity
We walk our talk. There is congruence between what we teach our clients and how we conduct ourselves. We expect and reward authenticity in one another. How we do our business is just as important as the business we do.

We act from a stance of generosity and abundance. Our business and purpose is centered around giving and contributing to each other and the world.

CTI Suggested Rules of Correct and Honorable Conduct
We hold the content of the relationship with our clients as confidential. Even the names of our clients are confidential unless the client gives permission to mention or utilize her/his name.
As professional coaches we do not break the law for our clients. We do not act as accomplices to our client’s illegal activity.
When we enter into agreements with corporations, we hold the individuals as our clients, and respect their right to confidentiality.
We do not work with clients who we cannot champion and see their growing edge.
We mange our own Saboteurs in such a way that it does not deter the client’s progress and enables us to hold the client’s agenda, rather than the coach’s agenda.
We treat our colleagues, competitors,
and the coaching profession with honor and respect.
We align with the belief that clients are naturally creative,
resourceful and whole, capable of finding their own answers.
